Damages and Issues

We employ rigorous quality control measures to ensure that each eGlass window meets our high standards. Prior to shipment, our team carefully inspects each window to ensure it is free from defects and meets your specified order requirements. However, it is your responsibility to thoroughly inspect the order upon delivery. If you notice an incorrect product, damage, or defects, please contact our customer service at customerservice@eglasswindows.com immediately. It is highly recommended that you also provide photographic evidence in your email if possible. We will work with you to address the issue and provide a suitable resolution.

Exceptions/Non-returnable Items

In general, purchases of windows from eGlassWindows.com are non-returnable. Once an order is placed and the manufacturing process has begun, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

There may be rare cases where an exception can be made (ie: wrong product received, damage in shipping). Such exceptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any decision to accept a return will be at the sole discretion of eGlassWindows.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@eglasswindows.com.
