Shipping Your Window via  Parcel Carrier

NOTE: Orders of smaller-sized single windows will ship using Parcel Carriers and will be crated per the image below. For larger or multiple window orders, see LTL Freight description below.

The safe delivery of your eGlass vinyl window order is of paramount importance to us. We make every effort to ensure that it arrives intact and ready to enhance your living or working environment.

The process begins with our manufacturing team carefully packaging the window to protect it from any potential damage during transit. To provide an extra layer of security, it’s placed in a wooden crate that serves as a protective shell, shielding it from external forces and minimizing the risk of breakage.

Once the packaging is completed, arrangements will be made with a reputable, well-established parcel shipping company, such as UPS or FedEx, that has extensive experience handling delicate items and is equipped with the necessary infrastructure to ensure the window’s safe transportation to your home.

Tracking information is provided as soon as the order is shipped so that you are able to monitor the timeline and progress of the safe arrival of your eGlass window.

 

Shipping Your Window via LTL Freight Carrier

NOTE: Orders of larger-sized windows or multiple windows will ship using LTL Freight Carriers and will be crated per the image below. 

The safe delivery of your eGlass Vinyl Window order is of paramount importance to us. We make every effort to ensure that it arrives intact and ready to enhance your living or working environment.

The process begins with our manufacturing team carefully packaging the window to protect it from any potential damage during transit. To provide an extra layer of security, it’s placed in a sturdy wooden crate which has been palletized for shipping and serves as a protective shell, shielding it from external forces and minimizing the risk of breakage.

Once packaging is completed, we entrust the shipping to a reputable LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carrier. These carriers specialize in handling larger items and provide cost-effective and reliable transportation solutions for our customers. We also take the added step of including lift-gate service on delivery, which makes for easy curbside drop-off of your order. 

As soon as your order is shipped, we will provide the name of the selected carrier and the Pro# of the shipment. The Pro# is the key for getting tracking information to monitor the progress of the safe arrival of your eGlass window.
